The Scheduling and Competency Leader ensures flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements, personnel competence levels and personnel availability.
As a Scheduling and Competency Leader, you will be responsible for:
Develop training and competency strategies, create development plans, monitor progression and competency compliance.Prepare personnel resource plans, forecasts, and assignments.Responsible for prioritization of field personnel across the region.Continuous analysis of activity and competence demands of personnel – short, mid, and long term.Monitor and optimize utilization and effective deployment of field personnel.Monitor competence, development, progression, and training compliance of all field personnel.Define requirements and manage contingent workforce (Contractors).Manage field recruitment and head count efficiencies.Support Integrated Resource Planner (IRP).People leader tasks.Ensure flawless execution of field personnel to work site locations by coordinating personnel resources according to activity requirements, competence levels and personnel availability.Monitor, optimize and report personnel utilization.Manage daily scheduling and planning of field crews, to meet client requirements and expectation.Ensure Job Centre scheduling and competency compliance.Ensure seamless communication with field teams to provide adequate notice for future mobilizations.Timesheet and T&E processing.Apply for and co-ordinate visa and work permit applications.Liaise with external medical and training providers for the planning and booking of immunizations, vaccinations, and offshore stoppable certifications. Efficiently track certification expiries.Monitor, arrange and issue client CBT’s ensuring client compliance is met.Book and manage travel and accommodation.

To be successful in this role you may:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.Have 5 years of operational Completions & Well Intervention experience.Have experience in planning, scheduling, or related role is preferableHave proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives.Have strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Have fluent Azerbaijani and minimum upper-intermediate, Russian and English.Have in-depth knowledge of oilfield products and services.Demonstrate leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
