Our client, a healthcare organization is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Boston, MA. This role is full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, starting ASAP through the end of the year. The position pays $23/hour, with all equipment provided.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for new members, providing outreach and inbound call support.Educate members on health plan benefits, address questions, and document healthcare service needs.Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and schedule intake visits.Utilize motivational interviewing and engagement strategies to build trust with members.Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve member needs.

Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, call center, or insurance setting.Relevant experience, with at least 1+ year in community outreach or working with complex populations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural competency and active listening ability.Experience with motivational interviewing, data entry, and Microsoft Office programs.Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain professional, accurate documentation.
