You will be responsible for finite scheduling of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets. You will work with a supply planner to execute the master plan and make weekly adjustments to ensure product quantities are produced on time. You will be closely linked to plant operations and ensure line performance, planned downtime, and staffing assumptions are communicated to the supply planner.

How you will contribute

You will:

Maintain master data in company systems to ensure there is a constant stream of accurate information for the blackout calendar including min lot size/rounding values, production versions, master recipes/BOMs; run rates, loss factors and changeover matricesConvert weekly supply planning orders to production planning and detailed scheduling orders as production plans roll into the finite windowHold weekly scheduling meetings with product supply to determine necessary changes to the plant’s production scheduleWork cross-functionally to ensure that labor, material, and operational inputs can support the aligned schedule. Hold internal scheduling meetings with all key team membersSequence production planning and detailed scheduling in the finite window to reflect production plans for deploymentCreate and close process orders for each week’s production and adjust daily as necessaryManage master compliance to schedule by ensuring short-, medium- and long-term plans are equivalent to process orders in the current week

Acerca de la posición

El planificador de producción y de llamadas de materiales es responsable de coordinar el flujo de trabajo y materiales en la línea de producción de acuerdo con los programas de producción diaria y semanal. También es responsable de coordinar y secuenciar las entregas de materiales a corto plazo (período congelado) la ejecución de fabricación.

Asegurar que se cumplan los requisitos de producción diaria para cumplir con las órdenes de producción de fabricación programadas en el plan maestro de producción.
Crear un cronograma de producción para la optimización de los recursos de fabricación.
Optimizar las entregas diarias de proveedores para cumplir con las órdenes de producción
Análisis de datos y toma de decisiones para respaldar la disponibilidad de materia prima en el depósito de almacenamiento intermedio de la planta.

Experiencia requerida

Experiencia de trabajo funcional - más de tres años de experiencia en compras o experiencia de almacenamiento en la industria alimenticiaEmpieza por resultados interfuncionales mediante la comprensión y gestión proactiva de los problemas clave y los criterios de éxito, y la priorización en consecuenciaTrato con ambigüedad / manejo de conflictosDemostrar excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas, habilidades analíticas, así como habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.Inglés es requeridoSe requiere experiencia con el software ERP. Se requiere conocimiento específico de los sistemas MRP / IM / WMOrientado a los detalles, capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar tareas con plazos estrictosEstudios universitarios terminados.
