**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** Scheduler - Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center - PT Days **P** **OSITION** **S** **UMMARY** **:** Responsibilities include clerical support for employment and employee relation functions. **E** **XPERIENCE** **R** **EQUIREMENTS** : - Ability to use PC; familiarity with Word and Excel; excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to maintain confidentiality. **Preferred** - minimum of two years of office experience in Human Resources **P** **RINCIPAL** **R** **ESPONSIBILITIES** **:** 1. Responsible for support of the employment function: maintains and generates weekly job listing from e-recruiting, schedules appointments as requested for recruiters' screens and/or answers applicant questions. 2. Responsible for follow-up on licensure renewals. Processes check requests for certified nursing assistant renewals. Maintains orientation list. 3. Assists with other special projects as needed. Pay range: $17.25-$21.54 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
