Job Summary:
The incumbent must utilize proprietary management systems, as well demonstrate strong analytic and communication skills to accomplish these tasks.
Essential Accountabilities:
Regularly conduct coaching sessions with Full-Time & Part-Time associates to discuss strategies for ongoing demonstration and improvement in addition to regular visits re: Coaching/Accountability/MotivationCommunicate with support team within assigned District to address support issues/discrepancies, determine appropriate mode of communicate depending on nature of issueConduct employee evaluations & performance reviewsIdentify succession candidates to support future business growth.Schedule ManagementWork with various internal software programs to ensure work is scheduledReview all incoming associates to ensure they have completed training and their training completion is designated in the systemReview various reporting tools to identify long term staffing gaps and works with management to request additional associate supportIdentify short term staffing gaps and leverages existing talent and other resources to ensure event execution meets standardsIdentify long term trends in events and workload, and ensures that business is set up to execute to staffing targetsVisit the work area frequently to ensure compliance, and discusses safety issues with team. Explains to team that safety excellence is expected and is a requirement of employment. Encourages the team to report incidents, near-misses and unsafe conditions. SWR employees regardless of level, position or tenure are responsible for upholding the safety standards regulations and policies.May be assigned to other projects and duties
Qualifications:
3-5 Years of experience in manufacturing management, with hiring, managing part-time employees, demonstration or even marketing, results reporting, inventory, merchandising and training experienceSkills, Knowledge and AbilitiesSupervising Skills, to include Delegating Responsibility, Training, & Evaluating PerformanceBasic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsersAbility to Direct, Lead, & Develop PeopleGood Interpersonal SkillsStrong Prioritizing SkillsAbility to Work Effectively with ManagementWell Organized, Detail Oriented, & able to Handle Fast Paced Work Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
