Job Description Insight Global is seeking a qualified Scheduler who sits in Adamstown, MD to join a national architectural, interiors, program and construction management and Infrastructure firm based in Washington, DC. Responsibilities: Develop full project lifecycle schedules (precon → closeout) for mission-critical projects. Lead schedule reviews, risk analysis, and forecasting for traveling project teams. Collaborate with PMs, Supers, trade partners, engineers, and executives to ensure accurate sequencing. Evaluate subcontractor schedules for accuracy, logic, and alignment with the master schedule. Identify constraints or delays early and recommend mitigation strategies. Prepare schedule narratives, progress updates, and executive-level reporting. Support scheduling standards, templates, and best practices across regions. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of construction scheduling experience. Strong background with large commercial, industrial, or mission critical/data center projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6. Ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and communicate complex info clearly.
