Pay Rate $17-19/hr

Works Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Work closely with our transportation team, and customers, to schedule, process, and ship cold storage warehouse orders for food products.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSchedule daily orders for warehouse staff to selectVerify accuracy of all scheduled ordersCommunicate special requests made by carriers to the operations teamSchedule inbound and outbound freight deliveriesReport order scheduling issues to customer serviceUtilize Excel and Salesforce to track customer shipping fees and bill carriersCreate shipping labels for FedEx orders

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)1 year warehouse, manufacturing or transportation environment experienceProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage LogisticsBasic math skillsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguityAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
