Schedule Coordinator
Job Description - Bachelor’s Degree + 5-9 years of experience -  5+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or related administrative roles. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Coordination, or equivalent experience. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting schedules. - Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and other scheduling tools. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing timelines. Skills and Requirements - Maintain clear and organized communication with customers regarding scheduling needs. - Ensure sites are prepared to accommodate site surveys and related activities. - Track progress across all sites, including completed surveys and reports in progress. - Standardize scheduling and documentation processes using Confluence and Jira (flexibility as needed). - Coordinate schedules for multiple teams across different fields and locations. - Manage calendar updates, resource allocation, and task assignments to keep timelines on track. - Support logistics for site visits, including travel coordination and readiness checks. - Collaborate with technical teams and system architects to align schedules with project requirements.
