SCCM)/Intune Consultant

Job Description

The MECM (aka SCCM)/Intune Customer Engineer will work directly with customers, as a consultant and technical advisor to:
•\tDesign, Deploy, Review and Assess the health of the infrastructure and clients
•\tUpgrade, update and maintain the SCCM hierarchy
•\tTroubleshoot issues with infrastructure and clients
•\tTune and optimize for performance
•\tAssist with reporting
•\tAssist in setting up SCCM Co-Management with Intune
•\tAssist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Software Updates feature
•\tAssist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Task Sequences
•\tProvide training in all areas of SCCM to ensure customer goals are met

Ideal candidate experience:

10-15 years working as a depth expert and technology owner or consultant for SCCM

Ability to present to multiple levels of customer leadership.

Ability to act as a consultant and architect for multiple customers.

Broad knowledge across multiple scenarios:

Windows Desktop/Server Management using SCCMSQL Server, Active Directory, Certificates, IIS, DNS, SecurityPackage/Application creationDesktop OS Upgrades using different approachesIntune and Co-Management experienceSSRS Reporting and/or PowerBI experiencePowerShell scripting

Deep level knowledge in at least 3 of the above categories

Technical Skills Requirements: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager MECM (aka SCCM)/Intune:

Broad knowledge of ALL the MECM areas below, with deep understanding of (at least) 4 of the following:

Infrastructure
