Scanning Specialist
Description We are looking for a dedicated Scanning Specialist to join our team in Fridley, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing office operations and ensuring the accurate handling of scanned documents. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams. Responsibilities: • Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents with precision and accuracy. • Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of scanned data. • Collaborate with offshore teams to streamline document processing workflows. • Utilize R Code to execute data-related tasks and enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with TRICARE and HealthCare.gov standards during document handling. • Monitor and troubleshoot scanning equipment to maintain optimal performance. • Prepare reports and summaries based on scanned data for internal use. • Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards upheld. • Implement best practices for document security and data protection. Requirements • Proficiency in operating scanning equipment and managing electronic databases. • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and TRICARE standards and regulations. • Experience working with R Code for data-related tasks. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams. • Solid understanding of video production concepts and their application in office settings. • Previous experience in an office management or administrative role. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols.
