Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations within the healthcare environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage administrative processes to support healthcare operations. • Oversee video-based communication tools to facilitate team collaboration. • Utilize HealthCare.gov resources to ensure compliance and effective patient support. • Collaborate with offshore teams to streamline workflows and achieve organizational goals. • Apply R code for data analysis and reporting purposes. • Manage and support TRICARE-related administrative tasks. • Organize and maintain records related to the National Inpatient Sample (NIS) database. • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative activities. • Act as a liaison between departments to maintain operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative coordination within a healthcare setting. • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and its applications. • Proficiency in R code for data analysis and reporting. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with offshore teams. • Knowledge of TRICARE policies and procedures. • Experience with video communication tools for team collaboration. • Understanding of the National Inpatient Sample (NIS) database. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
