Job Description:
We are seeking a senior-level, data-driven Scanning, lead flow and reporting/metrics program manager to join our Corporate Global Events team. This strategic role is designed for a professional with a proven ability to manage performance measurement and analytics across multiple large-scale, high-impact events. Leveraging an agile project management mindset and Six Sigma statistical methodologies, this leader will drive continuous improvement in scanning, lead flow optimization, and event ROI analysis. A key responsibility includes orchestrating scanning operations and coordination across multiple internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data capture at global corporate events. Positioned within the Event Operations & Governance function, this role partners closely with Event Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn insights into action and elevate strategic decision-making across the event portfolio.
How you will make your marks:
Reporting & Analytics
Design, manage, and deliver standardized and custom post-event reports for company-owned and third-party events.
Analyze attendee data, engagement metrics, lead performance, and pipeline impact across the event portfolio.
Synthesize insights and provide recommendations to inform event strategy, content, and audience engagement.
Lead Capture Strategy
Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Demand Gen to define lead capture processes and best practices across event types.
Support the implementation of lead qualification frameworks and ensure systems are set up to track leads throughout the funnel.
Advise on technology solutions and integrations for lead capture (e.g., badge scanning, QR codes, CRM, MAP platforms).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the central liaison between the Global Events team and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Data teams.
Collaborate with event owners and program leads to determine KPIs for each event and align measurement strategy accordingly.
Partner with internal analytics and tech teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and improve data governance.
Governance & Process
Contribute to the development and documentation of event reporting frameworks, scorecards, and templates.
Ensure reporting processes are scalable, repeatable, and aligned to overall governance standards.
Advocate for data quality and consistency across event programs and marketing systems.
Onsite and Post-Event Support
Support onsite data collection efforts (e.g., lead capture tools, session tracking, badge scanning workflows).
Provide post-event debriefs and contribute to executive-level summaries and presentations.
About you:
5–7 years of experience in event marketing, marketing operations, or business analytics—preferably within the tech industry.
Deep understanding of event performance metrics, lead management, and sales/marketing funnels.
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Access and event platforms like Cvent, Stova or RainFocus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
Proven experience building stakeholder alignment and driving process improvements.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with global teams and timelines.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-40%.
Certifications in Six Sigma and Agile Project Management.
Preferred:
Experience supporting executive- and field-facing events across enterprise audiences.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards related to lead capture (GDPR, CCPA).
Experience with data visualization platforms and storytelling with data.
