SCA Material Coordinator (NAVY ERP)
**Job Description** This position is for an SCA Material Coordinator working in the Air Traffic Control Division (ATC) located in Saint Inigoes, MD. The selected candidate will be assisting multiple projects which will require extensive knowledge in Navy ERP MILSTRIP and supply oriented areas. The selected candidate must be a self-motivated individual with experience in purchase planning, supplier research and selection, value analysis, various financing evaluations, supply practices, and extensive data entry skills. The selected individual will be working with government customers, BAE Systems employees, and other contractors. Customer service, organizational skills, and responsiveness must be utmost concern of the applicant. Responsibilities will include the coordination of material movements and the proper care of government and BAE Systems material. Duties for this position will include physical exertion such as lifting (no more than 40lbs), stooping, standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders. Hazardous materials are part of the work environment. The selected candidate will be required to adhere to the BAE Systems Safety rules and regulations. This could include the proper use of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) and other forms of safety instruments. The hourly rate for this position is set by the Dept of Labor and is not negotiable. Current rate is $29.27/hr. This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply support Experience communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers Excellent data entry skills Customer Service Oriented Excellent organizational and communication skills Self-Motivated Experience with Microsoft Office Be willing to work extra hours and flex hours if necessary **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Experience Navy ERP Familiar with IMMS / LIMS Experience in Financial Tracking Supply oriented background **Pay Information** This position is covered by a wage law called the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA). The wage range for this position is determined by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor on a contract-by-contract basis.
