o Develop Control Tower work process for Upstream Supply Chain
o Data-driven auto-alerts as they happen to proactively prevent impact to Service / Cash / Cost results
o Support the Planning team on upstream data analysis from time to time Collaboration
o Develop a communication network with upstream planners / buyers
o Drive daily stand-up reviews for impacted supply chains
o Support the central KPI team with monthly reports on the upstream supply chain Data-driven Insights
o Weekly reporting of KPI performance and gap analysis
o Alerting to a change in trend for any of the supply chains
o Analyse assessment results and provide insights to management Tech Development
o Contribute to the creation of dashboards led by the SC Analytics team
o Assist in identifying relevant Upstream analytics & insights training
o Track and report on training effectiveness and completion, Communication
o Assist in aligning KPI competencies with business objectives and integrating them into various reports
o Reporting out top performers across different BUs, supported with progress trend charts
o Driving gap analysis from BU planners/buyers via input tool and summarizing gaps/action plans via a cadence What your background should look like:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Entry Level Supply Chain Analyst or Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on Control Tower driving proactive & preventive actions for the upstream supply chain. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or early career professional with a passion for supply chain management and a keen interest in developing talent and skills frameworks.

WHAT DO WE NEED:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in supply chain or a related field (internships and co-op experiences are valuable) Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Keen interest in talent development and skills management Familiarity with supply chain processes and terminology Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologiesKEY COMPETENCIES
