Overview SC Assoc Coordinator Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet operational needs. This includes performing daily or weekly cycle counts and adjusting inventory records as necessary. Ordering and Procurement: Place orders for parts and materials as needed, ensuring timely delivery to avoid production delays. This involves liaising with suppliers and negotiating prices to maintain cost-effectiveness. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, addressing any issues related to invoices, shipments, and backorders promptly. Customer Service: Assist customers by answering inquiries, providing price quotes, and updating them on their orders. This may also involve delivering items to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the service. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management, including drafting policies and procedures, scheduling appointments, and coordinating work schedules within the parts department. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming parts to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications, thereby minimizing errors and maintaining operational efficiency. Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
