Summary: Seeking an SBOM Specialist to ensure accurate shipment of materials and prevent project site discrepancies.

Requirements:

Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident Valid driver's license required Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in power generation, utility, power plant construction, Oil & Gas, etc. Background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or Transportation Management preferred Certifications such as APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or ISM are advantageous

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with SharePoint Documenting Systems and Adobe Acrobat PDF Spanish and/or Japanese language skills are a plus Prior knowledge of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Heat Recovering Steam Generator (HRSG), Generators, Air Inlet Filter Houses

Job Responsibilities:

Verify shipments include all loose ship materials according to SBOM Use Purchase Order documentation and Specifications for SBOM verification Interpret Mechanical, Piping, and Electrical Drawings for material accuracy Liaise with Engineering, Supplier, Global Sourcing, Logistics teams Expedite SBOM review and approval process to avoid project delays Communicate discrepancies found during the SBOM process with suppliers Provide weekly activity reports and monthly summaries to Materials Manager

Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
