Role Purpose Statement Participate in building communication between factories and customers and maintain the influence and competitiveness of factories in the northern Jiangsu market through various sales skills.      

Main Accountabilities 1.Aligned with annual business plan to define, and implement market development plan and execution proposal, develop potential customers, and identify client needs in various areas/channels.
2. Keep communication and understand customer requirements well.
3. Handle client’s needs and complaints in time to support the business development with cross function team, including production, QFS, SCM etc.
4. Investigate sales and marketing strategy and market trend of key competitors, analyze, and forecast market information, fulfill market intelligence, and provide proposal and solution.            

Education & Experience 1.Bachelor and above degree in foods Engineering/Finance/Economics/Trade.
2.A minimum of 3 years of work experience in commercial, trading.
