The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development, with expertise in JavaScript, Apex, and UI development. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and customise ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. * Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and workflows. * Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, or other integration methods. * Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. * Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Commerical experience in ServiceNow development or similar roles. * In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript, Apex, and UI development. * Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. * Strong communication and team collaboration skills. * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent certification.
