Join a leading manufacturing company as a Saw Operator and play a hands-on role in the production of precision metal parts. You’ll operate a range of saws, read technical drawings, and work in a safety-first environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. If you’re mechanically inclined and ready to work in a fast-paced shop, this is your opportunity.Responsibilities:Operate CNC, manual band saws, cold cut, and circular sawsRead and interpret job specs, blueprints, and work ordersMeasure and mark materials to ensure accurate cutsUse overhead cranes to move and position metal stockRemove burrs and sharp edges from finished partsPerform minor maintenance and contribute to 5S initiativesCommunicate quality issues or discrepancies with supervisorsQualifications and Requirements:One-year certificate from technical school or equivalent experience3–6 months’ experience in saw operation or metal fabrication preferredAbility to read blueprints and operate measuring toolsMechanical aptitude and strong attention to safety and detailAbility to lift and move heavy items and work in a physical environmentBenefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $22–$28/hr, depending on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Holidays and PTO401(k) plan and profit sharingTraining & Growth OpportunitiesYour New Organization:
