Responsibilities
The HP Store Manager leads the hp.com eCommerce business for Saudi Arabia.

The key requirements of the role are:

Full P&L accountability for the hp.com eCommerce businessAccountable for HP’s direct sales to consumer and SMB customersSales occur through multiple routes-to-market: online sales, inside tele-sales, HP Branded Store-in-Stores in online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay etc.Manage a virtual end-to-end business unit dedicated to online: digital marketing, UX, merchandising, sales, product marketing, operations, fulfillment, customer service etc.Responsible for demand generation budget.Define the 4P strategy across the online channels - the product portfolio and pricing, the placement of product information to drive sales, any promotional price offerings.P&L management including forecasting and planningDeliver a best-in-class experience that customers are expecting in an Omnichannel worldContinue to deliver breakthrough profitable growthBrings customer insights and key trends back into the wider-HP organisationPartner as needed with other key internal functions (product marketing, brand marketing, sales, IT etc.)   Own end to end interface with customer, including content, checkout and customer communications both pre and post sale.Drive change within the organisation and its approach to the online/digital ecosystemThe role reports strong line to HP Digital Direct, dotted line to HP MEA


Profile

Experience in eCommerce and/or online sales and/or category managementSales leadership experienceAct as a General Manager for the business, moving from one function to the next (sales, marketing, operations etc.) daily Achieved planned financial results within a business at a region/area, business segment, or industry level.Extreme customer focusGrowth mindsetAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced online environment Strong analytical skillsEffective in leading cross organizational collaboration and resultsEffectively work as part of a virtual teamEffective communication
