Summary: Seeking experienced Satellite Systems Engineers to lead and support satellite operations, system design, performance analysis, and testing for various Telecommunication Satellite products.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a BS degree
Ability to pass a drug and background check (ITAR compliance)
10-15+ years of design and test experience with LEO/MEO satellites and ground segment sub-systems
Preferred Skills:
Experience with System Engineering Department functions
Familiarity with ITAR work regulations
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and maintain system requirements from mission level to major subsystem level
Conduct trade-off studies for Satellite Operation Control Center infrastructure and security
Develop performance budgets, design reports, CONOPs, and ICDs between Space & Ground segments
Review subcontractor design materials for compliance
Develop Satellite Operation Manuals, test procedures, and oversee their execution
Create Verification & Validation Matrices and develop operations procedures for on-orbit commissioning
Provide inputs to all program reviews including EQSR, SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PSR, OGAR
Support Satellite Assembly Integration and Test as well as end-to-end testing and data reviews/analysis
Attend all test reviews including TRR, TRB, DRB, NCR's
Support In-Orbit Test (IOT)
Pay Details: $58.00 to $78.00 per hour
