Summary: Seeking a SATCOM Systems Engineer to configure, integrate, and troubleshoot satellite communication systems for reliable network applications.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Telecommunications or related field or 5+ years military experience in satellite communications

5+ years of experience with modem configuration, troubleshooting, installation, antennas, routers, switches, and SATCOM equipment

Strong knowledge of GEO, MEO, LEO satellite architectures and network operations

Proficiency in mechanically and electronically steered antennas for COTM and fixed-site applications

Experience in aero and ground mobile satellite communication installations

Responsibilities:

Configure, integrate, troubleshoot satellite modems for network applications

Design and optimize satellite communication links across various constellations

Design and configure network topologies for reliable data transmission over satellites

Configure routers, switches; install updates to modems/antenna terminals

Implement network updates/patches to maintain system functionality

Support ground station/terminal integration for multi-orbit operations

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
