Job Description: Conducting background checks across US through calls for clients. Maintain highest quality standards while on calls and during processing of background checks. Able to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team Ensure consistent standards and guidelines are used for all client contacts whether external or internal Attend Client Meetings / Calls (if needed) Lead Process Improvement Initiatives Attend call calibration sessions Fulfill additional responsibilities/projects as assigned by your respective Manager Demonstrate behavior that promotes the values of the organization Skillsets Required: Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. 1-2 years of experience of International Voice Experience. Must be a Graduate.
