+ Assists in maintaining compliance by enforcing documentation standards and audit trails.
+ Leads change requests with Modality teams, Business Managers, Marketing, Finance/Legal, and Quote & Customer Order, negotiating scope, timelines, and risks; maps non-standard processes for potential inclusion in scope.
+ Drives adoption and enablement through quarterly trainings, onboarding sessions, and creation of quick-reference guides and user manuals.
+ Manages operations and system health via dashboards, troubleshooting, VOC surveys, and monthly leadership reporting.
+ Performs data analysis to identify quote patterns, rework drivers, and bottlenecks; proposes corrective actions and measures their impact.

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an Office Role.
