We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Package Consultant to specialize in SAP HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of SAP HANA SCM and EWM packages for our clients. **Your role and responsibilities** As a SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include * Lead and manage the implementation of SAP HANA SCM and EWM packages for clients, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, including code reviews, design reviews, and training. * Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to comprehend client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Design, develop, configure, and customize SAP HANA SCM and EWM modules. * Execute system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide post-implementation support. * Conduct gap analysis between client's existing systems and intended SAP HANA SCM/EWM systems, and suggest solutions. * Stay abreast of the latest advancements in SAP HANA technology and SAP SCM/EWM solutions. * Prep and present project status reports to management and clients. **Required technical and professional expertise** * A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree would be advantageous. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with at least 3 years of experience in SAP HANA SCM and EWM. * Strong grasp of SAP HANA, including its architecture, functionality, and best practices. * Proven experience in SAP SCM and EWM implementations. * Comprehensive understanding of warehouse management processes, including inbound, outbound, and internal processes. * Expertise in SAP ABAP and Fiori development. * Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. * Outstanding problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
