Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** ROLE EXPECTATIONS • Responsible for delivering high quality backend Java development work to release valuable features frequently to customers. • The developer works in an Agile environment and oversee the full life cycle development of product development, working in SCRUM team following the Agile/SCRUM methodology. • The developers to follow the principles of Cloud Mindset • Execute all development related activities (design based on defined technical requirements, development, testing, DevOps) needed to get new increments into product release & user availability. • Actively pulls backlog items each sprint as per agreed sprint plan. **Required technical and professional expertise** • 3-8 years of relevant IT experience. • Strong JAVA and UI5 technical background and willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues. Build, test and deploy highly scalable Java based services • Being familiar with SAP CAP, Deploy with Confidence and /or other SAP development frameworks. Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) • Excellent Object Orientated Programming Skills is mandatory • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and team building skills across different functional roles and locations.
