***SAP Training Lead- Mumbai based- Mainly remote role***

For our international client, RED is currently looking for an SAP Training Lead with tstrong expertise in MDG/MDM within Direct Procurement to build and deliver a world-class training framework from the ground up.

The consultant is expected to start in Oct-Nov 2025 and for an initial 3+ months contract (Plus extensions). The project is mainly remote with occasional travel within Mumbai.

Desired skills:

5+ years' experience as an SAP Training Lead, SAP Enablement Lead, or SAP Change & Training Consultant. Strong understanding of SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement. Proven track record in creating training materials, running workshops, and training key users. Experience in simplifying business processes and improving efficiency within SAP. Ability to build training capability from scratch (greenfield or transformation environments).
