Job Title: SAP Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) professional to provide hands-on hypercare support during the critical post-go-live phase and lead comprehensive training initiatives for warehouse operations. This role combines technical troubleshooting with end-user enablement to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success of SAP EWM.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote support for SAP EWM post-go-live.Troubleshoot and resolve process issues related to inbound/outbound, picking, packing, and RF transactions.Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to IT as needed.Design and deliver structured training programs for warehouse staff, super users, and operational leads.Develop role-based training curricula, including interactive sessions, hands-on workshops, and refresher courses.Create clear, user-friendly training materials such as job aids, SOPs, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules.Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to empower super users and build internal capability for ongoing support.Coach end-users on best practices for SAP EWM processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Gather feedback from trainees and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.Partner with IT and business teams to resolve system and process issues.Document workflows, process changes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

Experience supporting SAP EWM during a go-live and hypercare phase.Background in manufacturing environments with complex warehouse operations.Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience in training delivery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in food and beverage industry or similar regulated environments.Familiarity with adult learning principles and digital training tools.3+ years of SAP experience.Experience going through an SAP EWM go-live from 2020 or later.

Work Environment

Training will take place in mid-January and February, with most sessions held during the day, though some may extend into the second shift. Training will be 40 hours per week. Post-go-live work schedule during March and April will consist of 12-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week.

This is a Contract position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
