Job Description

Main focus (SAP and testing experience):

► Define the testing landscape
- Establish environments, data sets, traceability matrices, and automation frameworks;
- Use tools like SAP Solution Manager, Jira, HP ALM to deliver comprehensive coverage;

► Coordinate testing for global S/4HANA implementation
- Coordinate internal testers;
- Requirement: Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, etc.);

► Define and own the complete testing lifecycle 
- From strategic planning and test case design;
- Through execution, defect resolution, and go‑live support;

► Support SAP go-live and post-go-live stabilization
- Take part in sprint/regression testing for support environments, performance tuning, issue troubleshooting, and early-watch monitoring to ensure business continuity;

► Manage defect lifecycle 
- Create and track defect logs;
- Support triage and retesting, and ensure timely resolution;
- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize efforts based on business impact;

► Collaborate with stakeholders
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, developers, IT PMs, and program leadership;
- Gather requirements, convert them into test scenarios/cases, facilitate meetings, and escalate risks proactively;

► Report and ensure transparency
- Deliver regular test status updates, dashboards, plans, and closure reports to stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring clarity on progress, risks, and quality metrics;

► Drive continuous improvement
- Introduce and refine best practices, optimize test processes, enable process automation for regression testing, and incorporate lessons learned from each phase;

► Document and review thoroughly
- Develop Test Strategy, Test Plans, Closure Reports, and maintain up-to-date technical and process documentation, ensuring audit readiness and knowledge retention.

Qualifications

► Requirement: Proven experience in Test Management is essential;
► Requirement: Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, etc.);
► Requirement: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, HP ALM, and SAP Solution Manager;
► Requirement: Fluency in English at a C-level proficiency;

► Very good communication skills;
► Willingness to assume responsibility;
► Ability to work in an international team.
