**SAP Technical Specialist** As an SAP Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and will leverage your expertise to evaluate current SAP processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. **Your role:** + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and optimize SAP workflows, customizing SAP modules to meet specific business requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues, providing technical support, and ensuring system stability + Work closely with IT and business management to establish SAP improvement goals/objectives for the organization. + Provide mentoring and coaching to associates on SAP principles and practices. Utilize SAP training materials to train the organization. + Lead SAP implementation and problem-solving events to drive effective solutions to complex issues. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
