SAP Technical Specialist
As an SAP Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and will leverage your expertise to evaluate current SAP processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Your role:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and optimize SAP workflows, customizing SAP modules to meet specific business requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues, providing technical support, and ensuring system stabilityWork closely with IT and business management to establish SAP improvement goals/objectives for the organization.Provide mentoring and coaching to associates on SAP principles and practices. Utilize SAP training materials to train the organization.Lead SAP implementation and problem-solving events to drive effective solutions to complex issues. Organize, plan, review, and provide status of all managed projects.Ensure open communication throughout the organization by keeping management informed of project status and ensuring coordination of SAP activities; attend weekly meetings.You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience supporting SAP and have stayed up to date on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend best practices and innovative solutions.Your skills include proficiency in SAP SD and SM modules and possess the ability to customize and integrate them effectively; deep understanding of SAP functionality and experience with the latest SAP updates and continuously improving your skills will be crucial.You have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably within the IT domain or equivalent.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You have expert knowledge of SAP and its various modules, including SAP PRD, S/4HANA, and BI, as well as the ability to navigate and learn other tools to perform daily work with excellent written and oral communication skills specific to SAP documentation and stakeholder communication.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $87,750 to $140,400.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
