Key Responsibilities * Perform installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, etc.). * Manage SAP system landscapes, including client copies, transports, and system refreshes. * Handle system monitoring, performance analysis, and tuning for optimal availability and reliability. * Coordinate SAP upgrades, support package implementations, kernel updates, and database patches. * Administer user management, roles, and authorizations. * Ensure proper backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are in place. * Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues. * Provide support for system migrations (e.g., OS/DB migrations, cloud migrations). * Maintain documentation of system architecture, configurations, and procedures. * Stay updated on SAP BASIS best practices and new technologies (e.g., SAP HANA, cloud deployments, Fiori).Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration. * Proficiency with SAP systems running on various databases (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA) and operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows). * Experience with SAP Solution Manager setup and monitoring. * Strong understanding of SAP transport management, system copies, and client administration. * Experience with SAP HANA installations, migrations, and performance tuning. * Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for SAP workloads. * Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Strong communication and documentation abilities. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
