**Your role and responsibilities**
As a seasoned Solution Architect: SuccessFactors, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design SuccessFactors solutions to meet those needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet client business requirements, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
* Provide Technical Thought Leadership: Provide technical thought leadership for the SuccessFactors platform across all modules, collaborating with teams to solve complex design issues, avoid technical debt, and drive agile practices.
* Manage Technical Teams: Manage a technical team of engineers, collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to develop, support, and enhance the SuccessFactors platform.
* Ensure Solution Alignment: Ensure that solutions are aligned with client business objectives and meet industry best practices, staying up-to-date with new SuccessFactors products and features to improve solution designs.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with clients, technology stakeholders, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and develop and support the SuccessFactors platform.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* SuccessFactors Platform Expertise: Experience with SuccessFactors products (including Employee Central, Payroll and Time), including design and implementation of HR technology solutions, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
* HR Technology Solution Design: Experience in designing and deploying HR technology solutions that meet business requirements, establishing key business capabilities, and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
* Technical Leadership: Experience in providing technical thought leadership, collaborating with teams to solve complex design issues, avoiding technical debt, and driving agile practices.
* Team Management: Experience in managing technical teams, collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to develop, support, and enhance the SuccessFactors platform.
* Industry Best Practices: Experience in ensuring solutions align with client business objectives and meet industry best practices, staying up-to-date with new SuccessFactors products and features to improve solution designs.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* SuccessFactors Module Expertise: Experience with various SuccessFactors modules, including their capabilities and limitations, to design and deploy comprehensive HR technology solutions.
* Agile Practices Knowledge: Familiarity with agile practices and methodologies to drive efficient solution development and deployment.
* Industry Trends Awareness: Understanding of industry trends and best practices in HR technology solutions to inform solution design and ensure alignment with client business objectives.
