**Your role and responsibilities**
The candidate will be responsible for leading remote design workshops with the countries, including requirements verification sessions and Fit-to-Standard sessions, ensuring alignment with business needs. They should have strong hands-on expertise as appropriate in SuccessFactors Compensation and be able to write user stories.
Key responsibilities include:
* Design & workshops: Lead and facilitate verification sessions and fit-to-standard workshops, ensuring business and technical alignment to the global template. Provide inputs to the Organisation and People Readiness (O&PR) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) teams on the requirements for System procedure, work instructions and training materials.
* Testing & triaging: Perform in-sprint testing, functional triaging, and support defect resolution during all testing phases.
* Integration mapping: Work on functional requirements mapping for integrations, including SuccessFactors (SF) to GlobalView and other integrations handling employee and organizational data.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with data teams, process owners, and cross-functional workstreams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation, OT xECM or SNOW HRSD and also with transformation experience.
* Expertise in agile methodologies, including writing user stories and participating in sprint-based delivery.
* Experience with integration design and mapping between external systems.
* Ability to work across multiple teams and drive end-to-end process alignment.
* Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in functional triaging during testing.
