**Your role and responsibilities**
Experienced and certified SAP Success Factors EC profile to lead the design, implementation, and management of SAP Success Factors solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP Success Factors solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the SAP Success Factors EC Design Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME).
*
Collaborate with product specialists and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
*
Design and implement solutions for HR-scoped applications. * Provide guidance and support to development teams during sprints, ensuring solutions align with best practices and design standards.
*
Assist operations teams in resolving complex production incidents and offer platform-wide support on SAP Success Factors-related topics.
*
Advise Engineering Manager & PO on design options and SAP Success Factors feature capabilities.
*
Collaborate with QA and SAP Success Factors support teams to address design gaps, defects, tickets, and enhancements.
*
Ensure the overall health and scalability of the SAP Success Factors platform by sharing best practices and monitoring performance.
*
Lead the adoption of new SAP Success Factors features and capabilities, and guide upgrades, clones, and patches.
Qualifications:
*
SAP Success Factors Certifications.
*
Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Success Factors.
*
Expertise in SAP Success Factors platform architecture and related products, including Access Management, Data Models, Reporting, and Integration Hub. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide scalable solutions to business problems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with HR Service Delivery and integration of HR systems.
* Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and Virtual Agent capabilities.
*
Proven ability to lead design discussions and provide strategic guidance on SAP Success Factors platform enhancements.
