The SAP MDG role will need to work closely with the business to shape and drive a delivery plan attending Discovery workshop, undertaking SAP design along with build test, deploy, continuous improvement and support activities. Key responsibilities: + Serve as the SAP Master Data/MDG subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on feasible solutions (“art of the possible”) across projects and BAU. + Lead SAP MDG solution design and blueprinting across key domains (Business Partner/Customer/Vendor/Material/Finance). Translate business requirements into SAP MDG functional/technical specifications, including data models, workflows, UI configuration, and validation rules. + Define and implement end-to-end master data governance processes (create/change/retire), including data ownership, approvals, and role-based access. + Design and deliver integrations between SAP MDG and SAP ECC/S/4HANA plus non-SAP systems (e.g., SOA, ALE/IDoc, APIs). + Drive data quality and migration activities: business rules, KPIs/metrics, cleansing/standardization, deduplication/consolidation, and migration into MDG/target systems Who we are looking for + A minimum of 5 years SAP full cycle implementation experience in SAP MDG as well as support experience. + Experienced SAP MDG subject matter expert who is able to engage with business, extract business requirements and define a SAP solution. + Must have worked in customized processes and solutions within the SAP MDG arena. + Must have worked in customized processes and solutions within the SAP MDG + Delivered SAP MDG integration in a manufacturing arena.
