Job DescriptionWe’re seeking an experienced SAP Professional to support the SAP Program Lead across SO-SAP activities from the current R/3 systems through to future S/4 HANA developmentsYou’ll drive SAP Access and Identity Management (AIM) topics, ensuring role development aligns with Bosch standardsYou’ll act as a link between business, project, and internal Bosch Digital technical teams, consulting and delivering solutions that meet both security and operational needsYou’ll also support critical project phases, while guiding SAP users in day-to-day operations of future S/4HANA systemsStrong communication and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this global-facing role                                                             Act as a trusted advisor to business and project teams, guiding through SAP standard solutions and processes that align with operational goals and enterprise standards Drive, design, implement, and maintain RB compliant AIM strategies, roles, and controls in alignment with Bosch standardsCollaborate with central and cross-functional teams to integrate AIM requirements, segregation of duties (SoD) into SAP operations and projects, including the S/4HANA transformationDrive and coordinate AIM-related activities (e.g., TARIS rollouts) and support audits, compliance checks, and incident resolutionContribute to the design, deployment, and rollout of S/4HANA, supporting the SO SAP Program Lead with S/4 TransformationContinuously improve processes, enhance automation, and maintain comprehensive documentation. report on access governance and security posture

QualificationsHands on knowledge and solid understanding of SAP R/3 & S/4HANA functional and security processesMinimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP ERP Landscape & Access and Identity Management (AIM)Solid experience with Access Risk Catalog and Business Role ManagementExcellent knowledge in SAP roles and authorization concept, TARIS, and SAP Interface Management in R/3 and S/4 HANAConfident handling of SAP test systems and execution of test scenariosExperience in agile environments, managing shifting priorities and delivering iterative solutionsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges in dynamic settingsHigh level of commitment, initiative, flexibility, and dedicationExcellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teamsUniversity degree in business & informatics, IT security, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
