SAP S/4HANA Solutions/Enterprise Architect - S/4 implementation - REMOTE

RED are currently seeking 1 SAP Solutions/Enterprise Architect with S/4HANA experience to join a long-term S/4 implementation project based remotely.

Contract length: 6 months + extensions (or possibility for perm. engagement if interested)

Location: Fully remote

Programme duration: 3-5 years

Responsibilities include:

Act as the Solution Design Authority for the S/4HANA transformation journey (Greenfield/Bluefield). Define and maintain the solution landscape across SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CRM Web, and related systems. Govern architectural decisions, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and long-term IT strategy. Support the phased rollout strategy (global template, localization, integration scenarios). Provide technical and functional guidance to vendor implementation teams, challenging design where needed. Represent IT architecture in SteerCo and senior stakeholder meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment. Collaborate with internal IT teams and Enterprise Architects to ensure end-to-end integration and scalability. Document and maintain solution architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and integration principles.

Required skills and experience:

Over 10 years' experience in SAP Architecture with proven S/4HANA program delivery. Strong understanding of core SAP modules and their integration points. Experience integrating SAP with CRM systems (Microsoft or similar). Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively at C-level / SteerCo.
