Product Segment: SAP Service
We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our delivery in SAP Services in Bengaluru, managing all aspects of Project deliverables, Customer and Stakeholders management, P&L and Operations.
Reporting to the Practice head, you will be:
• Responsible for and accountable for defining, directing, monitoring, and managing all service delivery activity and support functions for the SAP Business Unit needs
• Leverage technology (e.g. AI) to optimize delivery and to generate new ideas / assets
• Overseeing the management of operations, deliverables to have better efficacy.
• Driving the cost efficiency of the center, maximizing the Business Units throughput & productivity and focus on the inclusive culture of the company.
• Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction, measured through formal and informal feedback.
• Manage and mitigate risks across Technical and Operational processes and customer servicing functions.
• Drive business growth through partnership with Sales Team to execute solutions for customers globally.
• Enhance the workplace through leadership, employee engagement and personnel development.
• Work with business partners to accurately forecast and support business growth strategies.
• Work with Delivery Manager / Project Managers closely to adopt customer friendly strategies to execute timeliness in project deliverables.
• Ability to prioritize company objectives and meet aggressive deadlines.
Eligibility:
• A minimum of 20-25 years of Experience in a similar role in IT Services / Software Industry. MBA in General Management would be add-on advantage
• The ideal candidate should have done his engineering from a premium institute
Experience:
• Experience in establishing and maturing a delivery organization focusing on SAP services
• 10-12 years of experience in managing all aspects (Delivery & operations) of an ODC
• Ability to clearly craft, communicates, measure, and manages expectations of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated record of success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable, agile environment
Qualifications
• Embracing AI first thinking, generate ideas and implement for internal efficiency as well as benefits to customer
Bachelors in engineering & Masters in general management would be an advantage
Educational qualification:

Experience :
20+ years
