• Contribute to service delivery for one of our major banking clients in a customized Service Desk environment.
• Take ownership of assigned internal tasks while gradually building independence in handling client-specific processes.
• Support day-to-day service delivery, focusing on process quality, SLA/KPI adherence, and consistency.
• Participate in Change Management activities: supporting preparation, tracking changes, and ensuring proper follow-up in line with ITIL principles.
• Assist with service requests and incident management, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Work with operational manuals and client-specific documentation to ensure compliance, with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Support task distribution and workload coordination.
• Collaborate daily with SAP Service Desk, SAP Basis, and SAP Authorizations teams.
• Contribute to reporting and documentation activities.
• Work in a multicultural, multinational distributed environment.
• Continue to learn, expand competencies, and adapt to client-specific requirements.
• Solid experience in Service Desk operations or similar support role.
• Willingness to learn and gradually build independence in client-specific processes.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA ITSM tools, or motivation to learn them.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management).
• Ability to work according to operational manuals and procedures.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
• Strong attention to detail in administrative and operational tasks.
• Clear and professional communication with colleagues and clients.
• Accountability for assigned responsibilities, with support from senior team members.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
