• Is accountable for the performance and results of teams
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational needs
• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from own manager

Technology Service Delivery Job Family Description:
Roles in this job family provide technical support to the organization's internal users of technology applications and hardware. They may answer questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures. They may also collaborate with centres of expertise to troubleshoot more complex questions via escalation procedures or input to improvement initiatives.
