SAP SD Support Engineer

You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: SAP HANA SCM SD job involves assisting senior consultants with the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, participating in unit and user acceptance testing, and helping to resolve day-to-day support issues under guidance. The role requires collaborating with teams to configure solutions for sales order processing, pricing, and shipping, and slupporting the overall "order-to-cash" process. **Required technical and professional expertise** SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Previous experience working with SAP S/4HANA systems. Functional Skills: Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including enquiry, quotation, contracts, sales orders, and scheduling agreements. Technical Skills: Ability to perform tracing and debugging within SAP environments to resolve issues effectively. Pre-Sales Documentation: Skilled in preparing and managing pre-sales documents to support client proposals and solution design. Sales Process Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of sales order management and scheduling agreements as part of the complete sales cycle. **Preferred technical and professional experience** .
