Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Brazilian localization and advanced knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in incident resolution, process optimization, and project leadership, while also mentoring teams and driving innovation across global service initiatives. ------------------------- Key Responsibilities Incident Resolution Manage and resolve complex incidents and requests related to the SAP SD module. Address critical topics such as sales process structures, master data management, availability checks, business partner administration, material and contract configurations, shipment parameters, pricing strategies, and calculation schemes. Brazilian Localization Apply in-depth knowledge of Brazilian localization requirements, including J1BTAX configurations, tax management, exception handling, CFOP coding, GRC process oversight, NFe flow analyses, IDOC processing, and integration with legacy systems. Process Optimization & Automation Lead process improvement and automation initiatives. Draft detailed functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP and Basis teams on technical requirements for system enhancements. Mentorship & Training Deliver advanced training sessions for internal and offshore teams. Ensure knowledge transfer and proficiency in Nota Fiscal Brasil and SAP SD processes. Collaborative Leadership Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Contribute to the successful execution of complex, global service projects. ------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant, ideally within an international company. Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with strong expertise in Brazilian localization. Fluency in English (oral and written) (MUST HAVE) SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sales certification. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Experience working in multinational environments, particularly within Brazil. Strong track record in projects involving SAP DRC and SAP GRC implementations. Demonstrated success in AMS support, process optimization, and improvement initiatives in the SD/OTC SAP module.
