**Job Description:** + 1 TO 3years of experience in SAP SD, SAP TMS, Integration experience on other modules core modules like FICO / PP / MM, ABAP, End to End Implementations + Should have at least end to end Implementations Experience, with strong sales domain in any of the industries like Automobile, FMCG, Retail, Trading, Retail, Pharma, Cement, Textiles. + SAP Certification is preferred + Good Business process understanding + Knowledge of SAP Best practices and building blocks + Integration between SD and other core modules like FICO / PP / MM / ABAP + Should be able to design and configure business scenarios + Solution focused - be able to provide solutions + Basic debugging skills + Developing functional specifications for new developments / change requests + Co-ordinate with technical team to resolve the issues in the given objects + Experience in Embedded TMS and Decentralize TMS + Evaluating SAP Transportation Management and SAP TM System Landscape and the Organizational Structures Used in SAP TM + Implementation experience of SAP TM solution + SAP TM User Interface and Identifying Net Weaver Business Client Components + Functional knowledge of the transportation logistics lifecycle including Inbound and Outbound transportation processes and TM Master data and TM Network master data + Functional knowledge of different SAP TM modules such as Order management, freight planning & execution, and freight settlement + Functional knowledge in Defining Conditions, Defining Selection Profiles and Determining Planning Profiles + Experience in Personalizing Object Worklists (POWL) and Customizing the Screen Layout in TM + Functional knowledge of the SAP TM infrastructure and integration with EWM/GTS + Functional knowledge in Charge Calculation & Freight Settlement. + Functional knowledge in Post processing Framework (PPF) and outputs + Good Knowledge in Advanced Planning & VSR Optimizer and Subcontracting process + Have experience in Strategic Freight Management and LSP based planning & execution + Functional knowledge in cost distribution document with integration with other modules + Should have experience of running a Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map Business Processes + Must be a very good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills + Coordinate with Functional SAP Consultants to understand business requirements. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely + Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management + Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements + Need to be a team player + You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value prop of working at our company both authentically and transparently + Bachelor or Master degree + Willingness to travel + Able to link the business wish to an IT solution + Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow + Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants. + General + Strong executive presence and ability to interact at various levels + Leadership through communication, coaching, and mentoring to achieve collective success + Excellent facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels + Excellent soft skills and verbal and written communication skills + Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements + Able to link the business wish to an IT solution + Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow **Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions!** **We transform.
