Roles and Responsibilities 

Partner with BRM’s to understand requirements and provide initial assessment of work. Develop an understanding of our existing IT solutions, services and infrastructure while actively searching for improvement areas. Ensuring Technological Scalability and Compliance with Security standards without causing disruptions to current processes. Design High Performance solutions ensuring reliability and meeting customer expectations. Work with the team for estimation of Project Outcomes and Timelines Design the solution and complete design documentation. Provide knowledge transition to technical members of the projects. Align and periodically meet with technical team to ensure that the Implementation and Integration of Solutions is implemented as per the Solution Design Mentor Developers and Analysts with Architectural concepts and high-level processes. Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions. Identify and assess potential risks associated with architecture and design and implement mitigation strategies. Optimize solution implementations to manage costs effectively, including licensing, infrastructure, and operational expenses. Prioritize effective data management, including data quality, governance, and analytics capabilities. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies; invest in training and development to enhance our skills and knowledge of with evolving technology. Stay informed about application/technology roadmap (e.g., SAP’s product roadmap) and upcoming releases to align solutions with future functionalities. Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring solutions meet legal standards Evaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis. Avoid biases toward specific technologies or vendors, choosing the best tools for the job. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for architecture, design (e.g., configurations, customizations, etc.), and implementations details to facilitate future maintenance and troubleshooting. Creates and support the creation of Reference Architecture and other sustaining documentation. Conduct cross team presentations and trainings. Available to Operations, Production Support and Project teams (developers and analysts) as a consultant to help and suggest resolutions.

Job Requirements

A 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent discipline. 10+ years of SAP SD experience. Expertise in SAP SD with at least 2 full-lifecycle projects delivering new solutions. Should have a good understanding of configuration in SD and Integration points with other modules CRM, PP, MM and FI/CO. Hands-on experience with Master data, Pricing, Sales documents, order management, Shipping, Logistic Execution, Contracts, Credit management, Invoicing IDOCs, EDI. Experience in Discrete/Repetitive manufacturing. Experience in Make to Order, Make to Stock. Familiarity with variant configuration. Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies. Passion for new and emerging technologies. Exposure to Cloud Services Architecture, Azure Services Exposure to Integration, ETL and Data warehousing technologies. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong business relationship management skills. Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities. Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($126,000 - $204,000) which consists of base salary (subject to performance), reflects the hiring range for candidates. Also note, an individual’s offer may vary from this range as it may be impacted by additional factors, including but not limited to the candidate's hiring location, qualifications, experience, and market factors.
