We are currently seeking a **SAP Sales Director** to join our team in remotely.
**SAP LE Sales Manager – Large Enterprise Accounts:**
The SAP Sales Leader will be responsible for driving revenue through the sales of SAP services, such as consulting, implementation, and support. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building client relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals, all while ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is an overlay role operating within a matrixed organization. The SAP LE Sales Manager will drive results through influence and collaboration with regional Sales VPs, Business Unit Leads, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams across NTT DATA OpCos. Success will depend on the ability to lead without direct authority and align stakeholders around shared goals.
Duties might include:
+ Lead and develop a sales team: Recruit, manage, coach, and mentor sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
+ Define sales strategies and processes: Develop territory plans, set performance standards, and ensure effective selling models, campaign.
+ Develop and implement sales strategies: Define a vision, identify market needs, and create a plan to generate competitive advantage and consistent revenue streams.
+ Monitor and manage pipeline: Ensure an adequate pipeline of opportunities and demand generation for sustainable growth.
+ Use data-driven insights to inform territory planning, opportunity prioritization, and performance optimization. Partner with marketing and alliances to drive pipeline generation and enhance value propositions.
+ Coordinate across NTT DATA operating companies to ensure alignment of SAP go-to-market strategies and leverage shared capabilities
+ Utilize sales methodologies: Implement disciplined approaches for successful industry solution selling and value-centric sales.
+ Engage with SAP closely: Build relationships at the executive level, understanding their business plans and align to their goals
+ Build a network: Establish executive relationships across industry, partner ecosystem, community, and business groups.
+ Maintain and update SFDC: Log activities, manage the sales pipeline, and track performance.
+ Stay updated: Remain informed about the latest advancements in SAP solutions and related technologies, such as SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Joule and Industry trends with a focus on Life Sciences and Manufacturing.
+ Work collaboratively with internal BU sales and Client Executive teams.
+ Coach and develop overlay sales representatives to effectively support account teams, drive SAP solution adoption, and accelerate deal velocity
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP service sales leadership
+ 10+ years in SAP field sales experience
+ Ability to travel to clients as needed
**Strongly Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong hunting skills to develop net new pipeline
+ Experience in collaborating with SAP
+ Strong understanding of SAP solutions and the ability to communicate their value proposition to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Proven experience in engaging with senior-level decision-makers, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
+ Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and eco-system partners.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills,
+ Experience with SFDC and sales tracking systems to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
+ Knowledge of the SAP market, key trends and competitive landscape is preferred.
