**Job Title** **SAP S/4HANA Transformation – SD / GTS Consultant** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **SAP S/4HANA SD / GTS Consultant** to support **end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects** . The consultant will work under the guidance of a Module Lead or Solution Architect and contribute to configuration, testing, data migration support, and post–go-live stabilization of **Sales & Distribution (SD)** and **Global Trade Services (GTS)** processes. This role focuses on **hands-on functional delivery** across **Order-to-Cash (O2C)** and **Global Trade Compliance** , aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** **SAP SD & GTS Configuration** + Configure and support **SAP S/4HANA SD** processes including: + Sales Order Management + Pricing and Condition Techniques + Delivery, Shipping, and Billing + Credit Management (FSCM – basic exposure) + Configure and support **SAP GTS** processes including: + Compliance Management (Embargo, Export Control) + Customs Management + Preference Management and Trade Agreements + Support **SD–GTS integration** for trade compliance and customs processing. **S/4HANA Transformation Support** + Support **ECC to S/4HANA conversions** or greenfield implementations. + Apply **S/4HANA SD simplifications** , Fiori apps, and embedded analytics. + Assist in **Fit-to-Standard (F2S)** workshops and requirement clarification. **Integration & Collaboration** + Work closely with **MM, WM/EWM, TM, PP, and FI/CO** teams to ensure end-to-end integration. + Support **Business Partner (BP)** and customer master data configuration and validation. + Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, middleware) on RICEFW objects and interfaces. **Testing & Data Migration** + Prepare and execute **unit testing and SIT test cases** for SD and GTS scenarios. + Support **UAT** , defect resolution, and business user clarification. + Assist with **data migration validation** for customers, sales documents, and trade data. **Go-Live & Hypercare** + Support **cutover activities** for open sales orders, deliveries, billing, and trade compliance data. + Provide **hypercare support** , troubleshooting SD / GTS issues post go-live. + Document issues, resolutions, and process changes. **Documentation & Methodology** + Prepare and maintain: + Functional specifications + Configuration documents + Test scripts and user guides + Follow **SAP Activate methodology** and project documentation standards. **Required Skills & Experience** **SAP SD & GTS Expertise** + 5–8 years of SAP functional experience in: + SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) + SAP GTS (Compliance and/or Customs Management) + At least **one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project** + Strong understanding of **sales, logistics, and global trade processes** **S/4HANA & Trade Compliance Knowledge** + Hands-on experience with: + S/4HANA SD configuration + SD–GTS integration concepts + Export controls, embargo checks, and customs processes + Exposure to **GTS Edition for S/4HANA** is desirable. Knowledge on LeanIX, Signavio for process flow preparation and discussion with business team, is an added advantage **Preferred Qualifications** + SAP S/4HANA or SAP SD / GTS certification + Experience with **SAP Activate methodology** + Industry exposure to Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences, Retail, or Consumer Goods + Exposure to **SAP TM or EWM** is an advantage **Soft Skills** + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills + Good communication and documentation abilities + Ability to work effectively in **onshore–offshore and multi-country delivery models** + Willingness to learn and adapt to S/4HANA innovations and compliance changes **Location & Work Model** + Location: As per project needs + Work Model: Hybrid / Onsite / Offshore (project dependent)
