We are currently seeking a SAP S4 HANA Ariba Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). **Job Title** **SAP Ariba Sourcing & Ariba Commerce Automation Lead** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **SAP Ariba Sourcing & Ariba Commerce Automation Lead** to lead end-to-end **source-to-contract and procure-to-pay enablement** using SAP Ariba solutions. The role is responsible for solution design, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and successful adoption of **Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Commerce Automation** integrated with **SAP S/4HANA** or ECC. The Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, integration architects, and suppliers to deliver scalable, compliant, and value-driven Ariba solutions. **Key Responsibilities** **Ariba Workstream Leadership** + Lead **SAP Ariba Sourcing and Commerce Automation workstreams** in global implementations and S/4HANA transformation programs. + Own end-to-end delivery of **Source-to-Contract (S2C)** and **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)** processes. + Act as the primary escalation point for Ariba-related topics. **Solution Design & Delivery** + Drive solution design and configuration for: + **Ariba Sourcing** (RFx, Auctions, Awarding) + **Ariba Contracts** (Authoring, Clause Library, Contract Compliance) + **Ariba Buying & Invoicing** + **Ariba Commerce Automation** (Supplier enablement, PO/Invoice automation) + Define best-practice procurement processes aligned with SAP standards. + Ensure seamless **Ariba–S/4HANA integration** using CIG. **Supplier Enablement & Adoption** + Lead **supplier onboarding and enablement** strategies. + Drive adoption of **Commerce Automation** for transactional suppliers. + Coordinate supplier testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. **Integration & Technical Coordination** + Collaborate with **CIG, SAP S/4HANA MM, FI, and Security** teams. + Oversee configuration of: + Master data synchronization + Transactional flows (PO, ASN, Invoice) + Tax, compliance, and approval workflows + Manage data migration and interface validation. **Testing, Cutover & Go-Live** + Lead **SIT, UAT, and regression testing** for Ariba processes. + Own cutover planning and go-live readiness for sourcing and commerce automation. + Provide **hypercare support** and resolve critical production issues. **Governance & Team Leadership** + Ensure adherence to **SAP Activate methodology** and project governance standards. + Review and approve functional designs, configurations, and test artifacts. + Mentor Ariba consultants and support knowledge transfer. **Required Skills & Experience** **SAP Ariba Expertise** + 10–12+ years of experience in **SAP Ariba implementations** , with strong expertise in: + Ariba Sourcing & Contracts + Ariba Buying & Invoicing + Ariba Commerce Automation + Minimum **2–3 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations** as a Lead. + Strong understanding of **procurement and sourcing business processes** . **Integration & S/4HANA Knowledge** + Hands-on experience with: + Ariba CIG integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC + Procurement master data and transactional integration + Tax, invoicing, and compliance processes + Exposure to **Guided Buying and Supply Chain Collaboration** is a plus. + Knowledge on LeanIX, Signavio for process flow preparation and discussion with business team, is an added advantage **Leadership & Delivery Skills** + Proven experience leading Ariba workstreams in global programs. + Strong stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills. + Experience working in **multi-country and onshore–offshore delivery models** . **Preferred Qualifications** + SAP Ariba certification (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, or Integration) + Experience with **SAP Activate methodology** + Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Life Sciences + Exposure to **SAP Fieldglass or Concur** is an advantage **Soft Skills** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to translate procurement strategy into SAP Ariba solutions + Mentoring and coaching mindset + Excellent communication and presentation skills **Location & Work Model** + Location: As per project requirements + Work Model: Hybrid / Onsite / Offshore (project dependent) **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
