**Job Description:**
**SAP S/4HANA Analyst – Transportation Management (Multiple Positions)** **,** **Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL.** Analyze business processes and work with Solution Architects, Process analysts, as well as business or process experts to develop, document and deliver end-to-end SAP process and systems solutions. Provide deep SAP functional and technical expertise across SAP modules and technical components. Apply integrated end-to-end solutions to ensure efficient and effective solutions. Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW). Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, and ongoing support. Partner with development (RICEFW) team members to ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications and adhere to needed quality. Complete system configuration work. Communicate project status updates to management. Identify opportunities for business process improvements. Advise on potential technology risks and explore opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within process area. Provide technical input in support of audit requests and to role-based security designs and solutions.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** :
Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Engineering (any), Information Systems, Business, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in IT or process areas.
Must have three (3) years with/in the following:
+ Providing SAP functional and technical expertise in the given process area and demonstrating knowledge of key integration points across SAP modules and technical components;
+ Dealing with key integration areas in Order Management, Supply Chain, EHS, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance/Accounts Payable;
+ SAP Transportation management, covering the following: Outbound and inbound delivery processing, shipment handling, freight planning, optimization and integration, transportation planning, inventory statuses, batch management, handling units, Intra/Inter-company transfers, and inventory/warehouse management (including 3PLs), including experience in all transportation major modes;
+ One (1) or more SAP modules and S/4HANA; and
+ Conducting complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions.
100% Telecommuting permitted.
Up to 10% travel required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
