Provide guidance to UAT participants, helping them understand test cases, the testing environment, and how to document issues encountered during testing. 32. Ensure the successful sign-off of UAT by business users, confirming that SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP solutions meet business requirements. 33. **Performance and Load Testing:** 34. Senior Consultant performance and load testing for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP applications to ensure the system can handle peak loads and perform efficiently under stress. 35. Collaborate with infrastructure and SAP technical teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. 36. Ensure that system scalability, response times, and performance meet Client' requirements. 37. **Test Environment Setup and Management:** 38. Ensure proper test environments are available and aligned with production environments for accurate testing. 39. Manage the configuration and deployment of test environments, ensuring that all required applications, tools, and integrations are available for testing. 40. Monitor the test environments and address any issues or discrepancies that may affect testing activities. 41. **Continuous Improvement:** 42. Continuously evaluate and improve the testing processes, tools, and methodologies, making recommendations to increase testing efficiency, coverage, and quality. 43. Stay updated on the latest testing practices, tools, and SAP technologies, incorporating best practices into the testing strategy. **Required Experience, Qualification and Certifications:** 1. **Professional Experience:** 2. Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP testing, with at least 5 years focused on **SAP S/4HANA** and **SAP BTP** applications. 3. Proven experience in Senior Consultanting testing teams and managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations. 4. Extensive experience in **SAP S/4HANA functional modules** (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.) and **SAP BTP services** . 5. Expertise in both **manual** and **automated testing** practices for SAP solutions, including tools like SAP Solution Manager, Selenium, or others. 6. Experience with **integration testing** between SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications (both SAP and non-SAP systems). 7. **Educational Qualifications:** 8. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 9.
